Land Use Plan & Height Plan
The following is our submitted Land Use Plan for the land south of Old Banwell Road, Locking and the land north of Banwell Road, Elborough, showing how these two developments would be delivered whilst protecting the land in-between for biodiversity enhancement and public open space.
The Land Use Plan sets out the extent of the site’s developable area, within which new buildings would be permitted in the event of planning consent, and the extent of the site’s open space, within which new buildings would not be permitted in the event of planning consent.

A Height and Scale Plan has also been submitted with the planning application, setting out the maximum ridge heights of buildings in specific parts of the developable area.
